Already signed in? Tap the … menu in the bottom-right corner of any ChalkPay screen and choose Help— it opens a pre-addressed email so you can send us a note in a couple of taps.
Common questions
- A paycheck looks wrong?
- Check your base salary and pay schedule in Settings → Work → My Pay, then confirm your Supplements. Most surprises trace back to the pay setup.
- Adding stipends or extra duties?
- Coaching, club sponsorship, department chair, degree supplements — add each one under Settings → Work → Supplements so it’s counted in your expected pay.
- Need to delete your account?
- Go to Settings → Account → Danger zone → Delete account. This permanently removes your data and can’t be undone.
